The Campari Academy Team will be kicking off 2021 in style with our new Training Program Module, THE SPRITZ EXPLAINED, touring Metro and Regional Cities throughout February.
We will be dissecting modern cocktail families and what makes (or not) an Old Fashioned, Highball, Sour, Martini or Spritz in today’s world of Bartending.
This session will focus on the history, evolution and classification of cocktail families along with an in-depth look at how APEROL and the SPRITZ became the global icons they are today.
