We dissected modern cocktail families and what makes (or not) an Old Fashioned, Highball, Sour, Martini or Spritz in today’s world of Bartending.
This session focused on the history, evolution and classification of cocktail families along with an in-depth look at how APEROL and the SPRITZ became the global icons they are today.
