Low ABV Drinking

 

The Campari Academy Training Program was launched towards the end of 2019 to help fulfil the requests of bringing more of our sessions to regional areas throughout Australia.

The first session saw us taking a deep dive into the world of LOW ABV DRINKING and applying the lens of CINZANO VERMOUTH and 1757 VERMOUTH DI TORINO (by Cinzano).

This session took many factors into consideration assessing whether Low (& No) ABV Drinking was a trend or a movement here to stay, along with a look around the history and legislation surrounding the Vermouth di Torino I.G.T.

Along with educating bartenders on ‘how to’ Vermouth and bringing forward some creative and progressive approaches to Vermouth led cocktails rounded out a new approach to training for the Campari Academy.
