As the industry began to regenerate following on from the most uncertain times in modern history, The CAMPARI ACADEMY brought back its Training Program with the newest educational endeavour “EXPLORING SUGAR”.

This session by the Campari Academy Brand Ambassador Team took bartenders and likeminded professionals through the hugely relevant topic of SUGAR and its role within the beverage and cocktail industry.

Exploring Sugar, brought to you by GRAND MARNIER, AMERICAN  HONEY, OUZO12 and FRANGELICO,  approached conversational topics around the importance of sugar within our industry and its contribution to the sense of taste and flavour delivery across both culinary and cocktail applications.

The session took a deep-dive into the often-neglected category of LIQUEURS and brought forward conversations around the role of sugars not just in spirits, but around the varieties of sugar available, sugar alternatives and some expert syrup hacks that will elevate your practices behind the bar.
