The world of Vermouth is as fascinating as varied, so, it’s no surprise that it’s still an obscure category to many.
What classifies Vermouth? What are Bittered Vermouth and Quinquinas? What is Vermouth Americano? What Vermouth should I use for what cocktail?
Originating from some of the first ‘modern medicines’, Vermouth was also responsible in starting the Aperitivo ritual as we know it today and inspiring some amazing classic and contemporary cocktails along the way.
The CAMPARI ACADEMY team will take you through a never-before-hosted tasting with a true category approach, tasting different expressions of our beloved Cinzano, together with many more amazing representations of this eclectic category, understanding what Vermouth actually is, (or isn’t) and why it is important in our bars today.
